Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes 

Can I update my registration information?

Do you issue refunds?

Yes.  However, no refunds will be issued after FEB 25th, 2022.  There are no exceptions. Refunds will include the ticket price less the Eventbrite fees (which consists of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined) unless event is cancelled or postponed.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, refunds will be for the entire purchase—that includes the ticket price and the Eventbrite fees.

Duplicate Charge

As long as buyers request a refund within seven days of purchase, they'll get a full refund for duplicate charges—that includes the ticket price and the Eventbrite fees.
