This event page is for those interested to keep up to date on the latest information and news on THE “RAW POWER” TOUR and book launch, new date TBA.
The tour itself will feature an exciting day out on the Southern Main line of NSW, riding behind members of the mighty ‘C’ class diesel-electric locomotive, to celebrate the long awaited release of “RAW POWER”, a book showcasing the past and present history of this ever popular class of locomotive.
An early morning departure from Albury, will feature various C classes, including the iconic class leader C501, hauling a set of faithfully preserved passenger cars, for a spirited run into Southern NSW for lunch at Cootamundra, then return to Albury mid afternoon.
