The Rainbow Connection: Exploring Ways of Being Genuinely You

Gather with members of the community to discuss experiences and reactions to life’s changes and challenges. This group aims to provide a supportive space to discuss difficulties, share resources, and collaborate on strategies to navigate the constantly changing landscapes of our lives. With a focus on experiences of members of the LGBTQIA+ community, all sexual orientations and gender identities are welcome to participate and share in conversation as we collaborate on ways to make meaning of our experiences as we move forward.

Looking for a safe space to grow, connect, and heal? Our 6-week support groups, hosted by experienced therapists at our 46-year-old non-profit, are here for you. Groups will be closed to newcomers after the first 2 sessions, ensuring confidentiality and trust.

Pay-What-You-Want: Our sessions usually sell for $30 per session for our 6-week series. Your contribution above $30/session supports access for others who may need financial help.
