Free New Runner Training
Begins Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 6:30PM. Join Now
Front Runners & Walkers Fort Lauderdale (FRWFL) will offer a FREE nine week training program for new or aspiring runners. We will help you prepare to complete a 5K race. Individuals who maintain regular participation in the program will receive a free registration for our goal race in late April. The training will be offered three times each week during our club's regular meetup times/locations.
Membership in FRWFL is not required.
