6:30 PM — Champagne Arrival

7:15 PM — The Bistro Dinner

A three-course bistro dinner at one long communal table. Your host introduces each guest with a single line — wit, charm, presence. This is the salon portion of the evening, designed for the kind of conversation you can't have at a bar.

8:30 PM — The Rotations

Three private outdoor tables. Three pre-matched conversations. Ten minutes each. Classical music. After-dinner drinks delivered tableside. This is where compatibility — already determined by your SPARK Profile — becomes chemistry.

9:15 PM — Dessert & Raffle
