About this Event

In this panel discussion, Boston University faculty and alumni speakers will explore the structural challenges as well potential solutions for achieving real equity.

A host of inequities still exist – from health and health care to economic and social – that plague female, non-binary, and transgender athletes on the field, in the media, and the boardroom as (very rare) owners. These roadblocks have real consequences that shape the sports and media industries across the globe.
