About this Event
Join Dr Kate Jenkins to focus on your own wellbeing. This course uses evidence based techniques, and focuses on prevention not cure to equip you with practical skills to keep your psychological wellbeing in good shape. Kate; Consultant Clinical Psychologist, is an experienced NHS professional who has a wealth of experience both in cancer care and supporting staff wellbeing within the NHS.
