The Psych Drama Company Presents Stage Kiss by Sarah Ruhl

The Psych Drama Company is excited to bring Sarah Ruhl's Stage Kiss to the Boston Center for the Arts from February 13th through February 23rd 2025. The Psych Drama Company is committed to audience engagement and immersive theater but with Stage Kiss the company will explore new ways for the audience to be involved in the show! 

This playful and thought-provoking romantic comedy tells the story of two actors with a past who are cast as romantic leads in a forgotten 1930s melodrama. As the line between onstage and offstage romance blurs their lives spiral into a whirlwind of emotion humor and surreal moments.

Director Rani O’Brien a NYC-based artist with a dynamic background that includes work with The Second City and Kansas City Repertory Theatre brings her signature style to this production. With her wealth of experience in blending drama and comedy O’Brien adds fresh energy to Ruhl’s unique exploration of love and reality.

The talented cast includes Wendy Lippe as “She” and Kenneth Kelliher as “He” with Melissa Myers as Angela/Millicent/Maid Julia Trueblood as Laurie/Millicent Eric Cheung as Husband David Kleinman as Kevin and Zach Murphy as Director.
