The Princes in the Tower, Edward V and his younger brother Richard, Duke of York, disappeared from the Tower of London in the fall of 1483. It is widely believed they were murdered by their uncle, King Richard III…but there is no definitive evidence of how they died, when they died, or if they died. This is a detailed presentation of the history leading up to the events of 1483 to 1485, and a discussion of the possible guilt or innocence of Richard III and Henry VII. There are alternative theories about their fates, so let us look into the mystery of the Princes in the Tower. This program is presented by local educator Matthias Becker.
