A long table feast showcasing fresh, locally sourced seafood and premium meats from some of Australia's finest suppliers, with wine pairings by Usher Tinkler.
Starters include a selection of raw, cured, and cooked seafood, alongside chargrilled meats and classic tartare. For the main course enjoy whole Cape Grim rib-eye on the bone, Clarence River king prawns, rich béarnaise sauce, and an array of indulgent sides. Expect to try five wines by Usher Tinkler, generously poured and perfectly paired with our delicious menu.
