The Price is Wrong is a free, hands-on pricing workshop for agents who want to improve how they price, position, and communicate with sellers.
Most agents know how to pull comps. This class goes deeper.
In today’s market, pricing a home well is not just about finding similar sales. Agents need to understand the speed and direction of the hyper-local market, explain what the data is showing, and help sellers make decisions that match the timeline they actually want.
In this workshop, we will use a real active listing that has been on the market well beyond the area average. We will look at the property, the comps, buyer activity, market conditions, and pricing position to better understand what the market is saying.
You’ll learn how to use MLS tools and market visuals to strengthen the comparable analysis process you already use and communicate pricing strategy more clearly with sellers.
