Stop reacting, start responding. Workshop on regulating yourself first so you can co-regulate with your kids. Tools you'll use immediately.
About this Event

Parenting can feel overwhelming—especially when you're juggling tantrums, big emotions, and your own stress. What if the answer isn't another parenting technique, but learning to regulate yourself first?

Why? Because children borrow our nervous system up until the age of 25.

In this 2-hour workshop, you'll discover why your nervous system regulation is the most powerful parenting tool you have—and learn practical, body-based techniques to stay grounded when your child loses their cool.

This isn't about being a perfect parent. It's about understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system shape your child's experience—and learning simple tools to respond instead of react.

Whether you have toddlers or teens, this workshop will help you feel more confident, calm, and connected as a parent.

The only parenting workshop that focuses on the parent's mental health as they key to conscious parenting.

What's Included

2-hour interactive workshop (in-person)
Guided exercises to practice nervous system regulation in real-time
Two practical frameworks: The FEEL Method (for processing your emotions) and the SAFE Framework (for co-regulating with your kids)
Handouts and notes you can reference at home
Light refreshments
A supportive, judgment-free space to explore your parenting patterns with other parents

What You'll Learn

💡 The 3 hidden thought patterns keeping you stuck in reactivity
Learn how judgment, scarcity mindset, and binary thinking create stress in your body—and how to shift them.

💡 How to create psychological safety for your child
Understand what makes kids feel safe to express big emotions (and what blocks it).

💡 The FEEL & SAFE Method: A simple framework for processing your emotions in the moment
Step-by-step guidance on staying calm and connected when your child is dysregulated—without yelling, shutting down, or losing your patience.

💡 Why "Don't cry" does more harm than good
Learn what to say instead that honors emotions and builds emotional resilience.

💡 Practical ways to teach emotional mastery to your kids
Once you understand regulation for yourself, teaching it to your children becomes simple and natural.
