Huddle up, Cougs! Join us on Friday, November 26, for a Cougar PreGame Sailgate event before the Apple Cup. Mingle with President Kirk Schulz and First Lady Dr. Noel Schulz while enjoying Cougar camaraderie, delicious food, gorgeous views, and plenty of crimson and gray on the waters of Lake Union and Lake Washington.
The two-hour PreGame cruise includes a round-trip charter boat ride on Waterways Cruises from South Lake Union to the game and back, a Northwest Seasonal Snack Box, and a no-host bar stocked with premium wine, beer, and spirits. Cougars will arrive at the dock near Husky Harbor one hour before kickoff, allowing plenty of time to make your way into the stadium. Your return trip will depart the dock 30 minutes after the game for a short cruise through the Montlake Cut providing you with beautiful Seattle city views as you return to South Lake Union.
Tickets are $50 for WSU Alumni Association or Cougar Athletic Fund members and $60 for non-members.

This will allow you to purchase the tickets at the member discounted price (limit - four discounted tickets per WSUAA or CAF member). Should this not work, please contact the WSUAA Office, and we will refund the difference.

What does the registration fee include?
The fee includes a two-hour cruise to Husky Harbor Dock near Husky Stadium, one boxed meal per person, coffee, tea, and water, and a 30-minute return cruise to South Lake Union. It does not include football tickets.
Where is the dock?
Waterways Homeport - 901 Fairview Avenue North Seattle, WA 98109. The boarding dock is located directly North of The Seattle Kraken Team Store. The Waterways Cruises Yacht will be located on the East side of the dock.
Where should I park?
Parking information can be found here. Parking is available in upper and lower lots at Chandler’s Cove for $20/8-hours. There is also a lot nearby at Daniel’s Broiler Restaurant for $22/8-hours. Both lots use a parking app for “pay by phone”. There is a photo of the parking app below. We suggest downloading it before you arrive. Please utilize the map below for more information.
How do I get from The PreGame to Husky Stadium?
Your cruise will drop you off at Husky Harbor Dock, which is located 350 feet from the Northeast Entrance of the Stadium.
Can I participate in the cruise if I am not attending the game?
Yes! The yacht will return to South Lake Union and the Waterways Homeport after dropping off those attending the Apple Cup. You can disembark there.
How do I get back from the Apple Cup game to my car?
Your cruise will depart thirty minutes after the game from Husky Harbor Dock and drop you off back at the Waterways Homeport.
What are The PreGame COVID-19 Protocols?
Waterways Cruises requires all passengers to provide proof of FULL vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test performed within 72 hours prior to the event. All guests will be required to present their vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test with a photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, passport card, or school ID are all acceptable). Digital copies are acceptable. While boarding, onboard, and disembarking, all attendees must wear their masks. Masks may be removed while drinking or dining.
For your safety and the safety of others around you, if you are feeling ill or have COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and do not attend The PreGame.
What are the Apple Cup at UW COVID-19 Protocols?
UW also requires proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event. Fans under the age of 12 are exempt from providing proof of vaccination or negative test. Additionally, in accordance with state policy, all spectators are required to wear a mask at all Husky athletics events. You can get verified by showing your proof of vaccination or Negative PCR or Antigen COVID-19 Test when you disembark at Husky Harbor.
Is this a family-friendly event?
Only adults 18 and older are welcome.
What types of beverages will be available?
A variety of beverages, both alcoholic (distilled spirits, wine, and beer) and non-alcoholic. Alcoholic drinks are available to those 21 years and older with a valid ID.
Do I need cash at the event?
No, cash is not accepted at the bar.
May I purchase food at the event?
No, your registration fee includes one boxed meal per person.

Does Husky Stadium permit re-entry?
Yes, re-entry is allowed through any stadium entrance. Guests must scan their ticket when exiting the stadium in order to be allowed re-entry.
