The Power Within is a one-day workshop designed to gently guide you back to yourself — your awareness, your emotional truth, and your ability to respond to life rather than react from it.Throughout the day, we explore breathwork, meditation, energy awareness, simple communication tools, and an introduction to shadow work.
This is a space to begin noticing the patterns beneath your reactions and learning how to create space between what happens and how you respond.
Some of the content can feel deeply reflective and emotionally real, because we are working with our inner world; however, everything is held in a grounded, supportive, and safe way, with permission to pause, integrate, and simply be where you are at any time.
You don’t need any experience in spiritual or emotional work — just openness and curiosity.
You will leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life to feel more grounded, more aware, and more connected to yourself.
Included in your day:
• A small welcome goodie bag
• Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea provided
This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember the power you already hold within you.
