This 6-Week Course is taught by Artist/Producer, Kervin Peralta.
Week 1
· I Discuss How Sound is produced by your VocalCords
· Introduction to Alexander Technique That correlates to this warmup
· Check-In: Where your Neck and Head are Balanced
· On Breath Vertebra by Vertebra Roll down=Marries the emotions w/ the Breath and Body
· Humming Series= Humming and realizing Breath on vibration
Week-2
· Channel Exercises: Several mouth tongue exercises that help open and awaken the rest of the mouth.
· Jaw relaxation exercises: These exercises loosen up the jaw muscles to allow words and sounds to flow out.
· Fuel for Carrying Sound Exercises: These exercises help an individual with long speeches.
· Diagnostic: Sound check-in.
· Lower resonator exercises: These comprise ofChest, Hard palate, Maxilla bone, and Belly.
Week-4
· Facial isolation Exercises: Exercises that help loosen facial muscles.
· Articulation Exercises: Tongue twisters that help one with clarity with their speech.
Week-5
· Upper Resonators: These Comprise of Sinus, Nose,Mask, Skull
Week-6
· Blend everything together: Blending all the upper resonators.
· Elevator: Starting from the Lowest Pitch to the highest.
· Cool down: Reading or performing a speech to notice the changes in one’s pitch and sound.
