The Power of Somatic Healing (For women who are tired of shrinking to be liked)

You know the feeling. You said yes when you meant no. You swallowed your opinion to keep the peace. You left the room smaller than you came in.
That's not a personality flaw. It's your nervous system doing what it learned to do to keep you safe. And what the body learned, the body can unlearn.
In this experience you will:
• Understand why your body freezes, pleases, or goes silent, and why willpower alone doesn't fix it
• Learn simple somatic tools you can use the next time your throat tightens or your chest closes
• Move into the salt cave for a guided somatic practice to feel what it's like to take up space again
Led by Rut [last name], somatic coach and clinical social worker who works with women ready to get their voice back.
Spots are limited because the cave is intimate.
