The power of performance data for small businesses

The power of performance data for small businesses - how to use it to make a real difference.
Join us for a friendly, informal session that aims to counteract some of the trepidation that small businesses often feel around analysing their performance - it can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to. The workshop will be led by Lucy, who has over a decade of senior management experience, and will walk you through a start-to-finish overview of the topic, with practical examples, interaction, and time for individual discussions and networking after the session. This will be a wonderfully unusual business workshop, led by a business consultant who is not what you'd normally expect.
Tickets:
£20 per person, including a tea or coffee on arrival, and another during the mid-session break.
Please email [email protected] to book your place.
Attendees will also receive a 25% discount on lunch after the session if they would like to stay.
Testimonial for Lucy Bate:
I've worked closely with Lucy on a number of projects around informing business strategy through the use of performance data. She has strong skills in terms of identifying what data to track, how best to analyse and present it, and highlighting both opportunities and potential issues to address. Her experience includes giving high level presentations, and navigating the challenging conversations associated with this. Her priority is always the good of the organisation, and she has no problem adopting different approaches according to what is best for a particular situation.
