The Power of Lunch: Andrea Linardi and MW Reunion!

The next edition of The Power of Lunch is a must! Our special guest, on her way to Miami, for the next POL in combination with our face-to-face Mentoring Walk Regathering is Andrea Linardi. The renowned executive is promoting her recently published book "Mujeres y Negocios", with a foreword by Maria Gabriela Hoch. In addition, to meet and discuss our progress in mentoring and what is to come, our star mentors will also visit us: Mariana Castro (Microsoft) and Claudia Rostagno (FedEx).

With more than 25 years of experience in executive and marketing functions in mass product companies, Andrea Linardi is a founding partner of AI Human Group, a consultancy focused on managing with people in organizations. Its mission is to promote discussion and awareness to generate changes of inclusion and equity in organizations, and at the same time empower women to develop their self-perceptions, and their recognition of strengths in the business world.

The annual Mentoring Walk brings together established and emerging women leaders to walk | talk together in their community.

The 60-minute walk | talk consists of a dialogue between the mentor and the mentee, where both engage in the reflection of their professional and personal challenges. As they walk|talk, they discuss their professional challenges and successes, and establish a mentoring relationship in which the mentor guides, advises and supports the mentee. Through this opportunity, mentorship has become a tool to build a new generation of leaders who could unlock some of the most pressing problems facing their communities.
