Jamie Bell has grown an impressive marketing career in startups. She helped Flywheel scale as Director of Marketing (which was acquired by WP Engine in 2019) and is now VP of Marketing at Workshop (one of Nebraska's most promising startups).
She knows first hand that the job of the marketing leader is not only marketing externally, but also internally. So much so that it's the main focus of Workshop and her marketing message there.
Jamie will share some of her background as a marketer and growth strategies for startups while also diving into the importance of internal marketing. We'll discuss why internal marketing is so important to the growth of a company and how to get it right.
