The Power of Creativity is an experiential workshop and “collaborative work” that blends art (therapy), Yoga, Sound Therapy and Mindfulness practices to help you become aware of your creative potential. The workshops will end with an individual creation - your “power of creativity” canvas - that participants will build throughout the workshop duration.The workshop will provide a joyful experience to the participants gathering
in community to share time and space,
to empower all participant to tap into
their creative potential, from the inside
to the outside.
The creation of your own piece of art that you can bring home will help to create beautiful and impactful memories from
the participation in the workshop.

15.15/15.30 break
15.30/16.30 Sound Bath meditation
16.30/17.00 break with vegetarian
food and drinks
17.00/18.30 Artherapy with Marina
Art therapy material is included and available on site. Please bring your own mat and blanket. If you need a mat let us know at time of registration and we will provide one for you.
