THE POWER OF CONNECTION in Kizomba? Special Montreal addition ?by Olga Fedotova.This 3h workshop is not about technique, it's about sensuality and depth, about self-expression, energy exchange, it's about trusting yourself and your own body, about feeling music with each cell and let it dance through the body.
This workshop is about soul connection and how to establish it with yourself and your dance partner.
PROGRAM OF THE WORKSHOP
✅The 4 main aspects of establishing a connection: what the connection in kizomba is based on
✅Working with the body - releasing blocks and clamps (emotional and physical)
✅Music therapy: how to trust your body/freedom of expression
✅How to trust your partner in the dance
✅How to create an unforgettable soul connection with your partner during the douceur
✅Energy exchange during the dance
✅Musicality: interpretation of music, how to listen and feel music with the body
I've been doing this workshop all over the world and in Canada for over a year now, but this is the first time I'm doing it in Montreal
There are no restrictions. There is no level of dance. Even if you don't dance at all, but you are interested in returning to yourself through music and connection - come!?
This workshop is for women and men. I really want us to have a wonderful team - a balance of female and male energy.☯️
In every city where I lead a workshop I do it in collaboration with great people who share the same dance vision with me.
I am more than happy to be partnered with a talented dancer, and just a wonderful person @stevieakwe. His European teaching experience and incredible sense of music will bring a special vibe to the workshop??
