Join us for The Postpartum Sanctuary, a nurturing and supportive gathering designed for new moms and their little ones. Led by two experienced registered nurses specializing in women's health, this event aims to provide a safe space for healing, connection, and self-care during the transformative postpartum period.
Schedule:
1. Opening Breathwork and Meditation
We'll begin with gentle breathwork and meditation to help reset our nervous systems, fostering a sense of peace for both mom and baby. This calming practice will create a sacred space for healing and reflection.
2. Gentle Mom and Baby Yoga
Transition into a relaxing session of gentle yoga designed for both moms and their babies. This practice will promote physical well-being, bonding, and relaxation, allowing you to connect with your body and your baby in a supportive environment.
3. Informative Discussion
Lorri will lead a conversation on essential postpartum topics, including nutrition, mental health, lactation, and more. This segment is designed to empower moms with knowledge and resources to navigate their postpartum journey confidently.
4. Supportive Sharing Circle
Open the floor to share your birth stories in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This circle will foster connection and understanding among participants as we honor each other’s experiences.
5. Healing Meditation
Conclude the event with a meditation inspired by Tami’s work on healing birth trauma. This guided meditation will provide a space for reflection and emotional release, helping to cultivate peace and acceptance.

Snacks Provided: Light refreshments will be available throughout the event to nourish both moms and babies.
Safe Space for Babies: This is a welcoming environment where you can comfortably bring your baby. We encourage a relaxed atmosphere for feeding, changing, and bonding.
