The Post Bop Chronicles: A Jazz Exploration

Trumpet player, arranger, and educator Nigel Cathéy brings a bold and soulful performance to Rudy’s Jazz Room, diving deep into the works of Joe Henderson, Herbie Hancock, and Roy Ayers. A true multi-instrumentalist with a passion for pushing boundaries, Cathéy will also showcase his own fresh arrangements and premiere an original composition he’s been crafting for some time.
Backed by a powerhouse trio, expect a night filled with fire, energy, and a fearless approach to post-bop jazz. This group loves to break the rules - come ready to open your ears and experience jazz in its most daring and expressive form.
