Go beyond the limits of the self and reality with a ceremonial experience that is designed to help you realize the infinite nature of who you are and your ability to thrive and heal.
We will combine the transcendental powers of breathwork and sound. Together these practices will give us the opportunity for a deep inward journey and peak state experience. This experience has the potential to activate and clear the chakras, release trauma, re-set the nervous system, connect us with higher consciousness and help us achieve self-actualization.
No prior experience is necessary.
You will be laying down for the mediation so please bring a yoga mat blanket and pillow. We will also provide all these at the event if necessary.

Facilitators: Brian Assam & Alecia Heimes
Our complementary skill sets are based in a number of disciplines including psychology (developmental, evolutionary, energy, behavioral, etc.), neuroscience, Integral Theory, Kundalini & Hatha Yoga, the Wim Hof method, Oxygen Advantage breathing, shamanic breathing principles, along with a deep-seated wisdom in human consciousness.
