The Pop Up Prompt Club - Creative Writing Group

Our first session will take place on Tuesday 28th January, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at The Queery in Kemptown, Brighton. Our club will pop up bi-weekly, and our locations will be published in advance. What to Expect:

This is a relaxed and welcoming writing group for anyone looking to explore creativity, make friends, and experiment with different writing styles. Each session will include a short introduction to a theme, a guided writing period, and optional sharing time at the end. Whether you're a seasoned writer or just starting out, you'll feel right at home. Absolutely everyone is welcome!

Venue Information:

The Queery is a safe and inclusive space located at 46 George St, Kemptown, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN2 1RJ. It is fully accessible, with step-free access and gender-neutral facilities.

Things to Know:

Writing materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

We’ll have fidget items available, and you're welcome to move around or get comfortable during the session.

Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available during the break.

Sharing your work is always optional, and feedback will only be given if requested.

Getting Here:

There’s limited street parking nearby, but the area is well-served by public transport, and bike racks are available outside.
