The Pond: A Comedy Showcase

The Pond: A (monthly) Comedy Showcase, presented by Timely Rain and Taylor Needham is a space for a variety of comedic acts to come together, try new things, dig deeper into old ones, and play. All performance types are encouraged. We just want to laugh and grow!

It's Christmas Eve and Taylor's Birthday as well, so K*ll two birds with one stone. JOKES! There will be no killing of birds, this is a Peaceful Pond (Trademark Pending).

Anyway, come get away from your family, bring your family, say HB to our girl, laugh a lot, maybe cry a little, and be on the lookout for our January show!

Our Christmas Eve Showcase is dedicated to the memory of Houston Comedian Anthony Forbes. We’ll hold space for anyone to say a few words or remember him in their own way. Rest In Peace, Homie.
