Join Weehawken Dance for one of the most magical holiday traditions in the region — The Polar Express live on stage at the Montrose Pavilion! This beloved production brings together dancers from Montrose, Ridgway, and Ouray for a heartwarming journey of imagination, joy, and holiday spirit.
Directed by Artistic Director Natasha Payette and featuring Weehawken’s incredible teaching team, each show highlights a different blend of dancers, from our youngest performers to advanced high school students. With six performances throughout the week, every audience gets a unique experience!

Weehawken Dance was established in Ouray County in 2007 (with programs in Ouray and Ridgway) and has been proud to partner with the Montrose Recreation District since 2018, offering classes at both the Montrose Field House and Montrose Flex Rec. Our students train in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and aerial dance under some of the most highly certified instructors in Colorado — including ISTD-certified Ms. Peng and ABT-certified (Level 7) and aerial-certified Ms. Natasha.
