Seven Teller
Seven Teller is an art-rock band created in 2021 by Baltimore musician and songwriter Sam Cochran. A blend of funk, dance, and roots music nourishes the band’s unique, immersive sound. During live performances, the group improvises between songs by adding psychedelic textures on top of upbeat rhythms. Their devoted fanbase, commonly known as “Teller Family,” travels hours to concerts, so the band tries to make each night feel more spontaneous and special than the last. There are moments too when the whole room becomes connected to the music and it feels like there is no band or audience. Moments like these are what the band strives for. Seven Teller has two singles out right now and just released their record ‘Jester’ on June 12th.
Lunar Ticks
Lunar Ticks is an eclectic Improvisational/Alternative Rock band from Chicago, IL. The band is influenced by the songwriting and studio experimentation of 90s and 2000s innovative Alternative/Indie rock bands like Wilco, My Morning Jacket, and Dr. Dog, and fuses it with genre-bending, exploratory improvisations in the vein of The Grateful Dead, Phish, and Umphrey's McGee.
Ben and His Super Friends
Ben and His Super Friends is a dynamic band led by Ben Kolakowski, the guitarist for Baltimore's renowned Bluegrass/Jamgrass group, The Dirty Grass Players. Showcasing a rotating lineup of talented musicians from the DMV area, the band explores a wide range of genres, including Rock, Bluegrass, Blues, Jazz Fusion, and Americana/Country.
