Sec.
Sec. is an indie soul artist based in Washington, DC. influenced by artists like Childish Gambino, Toro y Moi and Sly & the Family Stone. Experimenting with logic pro software and making beats in his free time ultimately led him to start writing and producing his own songs. The lyrics of Sec.'s music touch on themes of love, self-reflection and everyday life. Previously a solo act, he has recently started performing with his band of local musicians in DC.
Veronica Faison
Veronica Faison is a 27-year-old DC-based singer-songwriter originally from South Florida. Largely influenced by the classic jazz vocals of Nina Simone and Billie Holiday, she is also inspired by the witty lyricism present in folk and piano-based pop music. She’s been compared to the early jazz-forward works of Amy Winehouse and upcoming artist Laufey. A confessional wordsmith, Veronica also commands a three-octave range and a sentimental nature. She daylights as a lawyer in the gender justice movement, hoping for a world where more people can live with the dignity and delight they’re entitled to.
ABG
ABG is a producer and rapper from Detroit, Michigan: "The Home of Good Music" as he calls it. Combining genres like trap, Detroit, afrobeats, and synthwave, his music has an upbeat videogame-like feel with a hopping bass. Lyricism and rhythm come together in songs that are sure to make you move.
