The PoBoy Shop is officially celebrating its Grand Opening Weekend — and you’re invited! Join us October 3–5, from 11 AM to 4 PM, for three full days of flavor-packed festivities in Preston Center. Expect handcrafted Louisiana-style po’boys, bold Cajun sides, golden ticket giveaways, festive photo moments, and fun surprises throughout the weekend.
The Grand Opening Weekend is our official thank-you to the Dallas community — a celebration of where we’ve landed, the support we’ve felt, and everything still to come. We’re here, we’re grateful, and we’re just getting started. This is a come-and-go celebration, so swing by anytime throughout the weekend. The PoBoy Shop will operate under regular hours of 11 AM to 8 PM, with Grand Opening celebrations taking place from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Every guest who orders is automatically entered to win a Golden Ticket, tucked inside select meals each day. One lucky winner per day will score one FREE whole po’boy per week for a full year. Two additional winners daily will win a FREE half po’boy per week for a year. No extra steps needed — just show up, order, and cross your fingers!

Office Lunch Giveaway
Drop off your business card in-store during the event to be entered to win two large po’boy trays delivered to your office or team.

The PoBoy Shop app is scheduled to go live and will be available for download on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Place an order for pick up or delivery, earn rewards, send digital gift cards, and get your po’boy fix with just a few taps.
🚗 We’ve also partnered with Uber Eats, making it easier than ever to enjoy hot and cold po’boys and your favorite Cajun sides — delivered to your doorstep Monday–Sunday from 11 AM–8 PM.
