Join us at the Los Altos Community Center for a free film screening of We Are All Plastic People Now, followed by a solutions-focused panel discussion with policy advocates and business innovators about how changing the throwaway culture by bringing back durable, reusable products can reduce plastic waste, protect our health, and create stronger local communities.

Info: Film screening of We Are All Plastic People Now, an Emmy Winning documentary about microplastics- they're in the air we breathe and food we eat and have been found inside our bodies, our colons, our brains, in breast milk and developing wombs. Now, it’s even in our hearts.

Info: We know the topic of microplastics can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to find positive solutions —we'll hear from experts about how reusable products and packaging are helping to solve the plastics and recycling crisis and how to bring to bring these solutions to our communities.

Info: Meet others working on reuse solutions, consult with the experts, and take action to support policies that the shift from a single-use, throwaway culture to one where reuse is once again the norm.
