The PIT - 1000lbs CLUB 2026

The PIT 1000 LBS Club is back, and we've moved the event to November to make it bigger, better, and give more people the opportunity to prepare for their best lifts yet.
Even better, we'll be sharing details soon about training opportunities designed specifically to help participants build strength and prepare for event day. Stay tuned for registration details, training information, and more exciting announcements.
Test your strength in the **Big Three:**
✅ Squat
✅ Bench Press
✅ Deadlift
Participants will work up to a **1-Rep Max (1RM)** in each lift, and all three numbers will be combined to determine their final total.
🏋️ **Lift Options**
• Squat: Barbell Back Squat or Front Squat
• Bench Press: Dumbbell or Barbell Bench Press (DB weights combined)
• Deadlift: Trap Bar or Barbell
🏆 **Club Classifications**
• 500 LB Club: 500–749 lbs
• 750 LB Club: 750–999 lbs
• 1000 LB Club: 1000–1199 lbs
• 1200 LB Club: 1200+ lbs
Hit a combined total of **1,000 pounds** and earn your place in the elite **1000 LBS Club**. Whether you're chasing a personal record, looking for a new challenge, or competing with friends, this event is for you.
