The Pink Moon originated from Native American tribes. It aligns with the early spring blooms of a wildflower called the moss pink or creeping phlox which blankets the ground in shades of pink. Spring is a time when nature bursts into life, and the Pink Moon echoes that vibrant energy.

In this sound healing you will listen to nature's singing plants, (a scientific form of nature's sound healing discovered in Italy,) plus crystal bowls. We will go deep into a meditative state of Taoist conscious breathwork which can heal, release old patterns, and awaken the heart.

Sound Healing has been used for thousands of years to align the mental physical and energetic bodies. In this class, I will teach you how to integrate mind body, and spirit while working with the Taoist energy called the Dan Tain rooted in the 8 branches of Chinese Medicine.

I will work with you to help guide you through your chakras to unravel life-long patterns stored in your body.
