Dream BIG college student mentorship program aims to empower young women to realize their potential, pursue their dreams, and become leaders in their communities. Through a combination of mentorship, workshops, entrepreneurship training, and personal development sessions, participants will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.

The program will focus on key areas such as entrepreneurship, learning and development, mental health, public relations & marketing, and fashion, aligning with Dream BIG's vision of supporting leadership development, innovation, strategic growth, and career success.
