Info: Join us for a 5KM community run led by Quarters to launch The Pillars Festival 2025, in support of mental health awareness.

The Healing Pages, a Gratitude Journaling Circle

Info: Take a mindful pause and reconnect with yourself through writing.

Join us for The Healing Pages: A Gratitude Journaling Circle by Kit Ting, clinical psychologist from the Pillars. This is a reflective workshop that nurtures gratitude, healing, and emotional resilience.

Mat Pilates Fusion, Core & Align

Info: Designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and restore balance. Through controlled movements and breath-focused guidance, Sophia from Jal Yoga will lead participants in a practice that cultivates resilience, alignment, and centred energy. Leave feeling grounded, stronger, and more connected to your body.

The Art of Mindfulness, a Community Matcha Meditation

Info: Through guided matcha preparation, gentle breath awareness, and mindful sipping, participants will get to ground the senses and set peaceful intentions. Walk away with a lighter heart, greater ease, and a renewed clarity of mind.

Cultivate a Witnessing Presence: A yogic practice to inner peace

Info: This practice will explore the profound sutra “yogas chitta vritti nirodha” — the stilling of the mind to experience ultimate clarity and self-realisation. Expect a gentle yet grounding flow of Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga sequences, pranayama techniques to move energy, and guided meditation to cultivate deep inner presence.

Unpacking the Invisible Load of Motherhood, a Motherhood Circle

Info: This session offers space to explore the often-unseen emotional, mental, and physical loads that come with motherhood. Guided by Zi En, a clinical psychologist from The Pillars, participants will be gently led through sharing, reflective dialogue, and collective release practices. The circle is designed to foster connection, validation, and mutual support — helping mothers feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
