Members of Minnesota’s celebrated Peterson musical family come together for a special evening of jazz, soul and song in The Belvedere at Crooners. Featuring Linda Peterson, Ricky Peterson, Paul Peterson and Jason Peterson DeLaire, joined by drummer Jay Corkran, the evening brings together generations of extraordinary musicianship and a collective musical history that spans the worlds of jazz, funk, R&B and pop. Individually, members of the Peterson family have performed, recorded and toured alongside some of music’s most iconic artists. Together, there’s an unmistakable chemistry that can only come from a lifetime of making music with family. Known as Minnesota’s First Family of Jazz, the Peterson family has been a cornerstone of the Twin Cities music scene for generations. In 2019, the family was inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame, honoring their extraordinary collective contribution to music. Individually, their careers have taken them around the world; together, they share a musical chemistry and legacy that is uniquely Peterson. This special evening brings members of the family together for an intimate celebration of jazz at The Belvedere.
