The Perry Mansion Turns 150!
About this Event
On Saturday September 12, 2026 we’re celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Perry House.
The Perry House was built 1876 in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles.
The house was designed by E.F. Kysor who also designed the iconic Los Angeles Pico House. The Perry House was moved to Heritage Square Museum in 1975 to be restored and preserved.
The Perry House was built just prior to the industrial revolution, therefore all of the wood carvings, wall and ceiling details, ornate grand staircase and richly detailed interior and exterior work was done by hand.
We’ll be celebrating with VIP tours, second floor house tours, live music, delicious food and special beverages.
This is a fundraising event and all proceeds will go towards restoration projects for the Perry house.
Don't miss this chance to see the second floor of the Perry as well as the second floors of other houses at Heritage Square Museum!
