Join us for The Permission Granted Experience™, a free community event in St. Petersburg, Florida, where you’ll enjoy an uplifting afternoon of inspiring speakers, meaningful connection, experiential moments, laughter, and empowerment, all designed to help you reconnect with your voice, renew your energy, and step into your power without hesitating to put yourself first.

You’ll be immersed in three engaging experiences led by Tara Wenig, LMHC, Energy Renewal™ Speaker and Licensed Mental Health Therapist; Adency Selena, Speaking Confidence Coach and Speaker; and Jackie Miller, Speaker, Author, and Mindset Coach.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to stop trying to please everyone else and instead start giving yourself permission to honor your needs, trust your voice, and move forward with your authentic voice, greater confidence, boundaries, and personal power.

You’ll leave with practical tools to help you:

• Prioritize yourself without feeling selfish.
• Understand the neuroscience of prioritizing yourself & your needs.
• Speak up without worrying what other people think.
• Prevent compassion fatigue, empathy fatigue, burnout, and learn to renew your energy.
• Speak up for yourself instead of sacrificing your truth.
• Say “no” without the guilt and shame.
• Renew your energy even when you give so much of yourself to others.
• Strengthen and embody your confidence, voice, and personal power.
