Rules and Entry Information * The “People’s Pour” is a People’s Choice Homebrew Competition that takes place at the Summer SMaSH festival.
* Brewers are allowed to enter up to two beers.
* At least one of the entries needs to be a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop).
* Expect to pour 2 ounce samples of each entry for 200 people. (3-5 gallons is recommended).
* Brewers can pour from bottles or their own C02 setups.
* Tents; tables; dump buckets and ice will be provided.
* Two brewers will be placed in each tent. Please be respectful and provide adequate place for your fellow brewer.
• Each brewer is allowed one additional assistant to help out.
• We ask that you be Setup and ready to pour by 12:30pm. (Setup begins at 11:30am)
• Parking is extremely limited. We ask that you use the front street for unloading and loading only! Once unloaded, move your vehicle to an adjacent side street.
* Guest will be provided with a souvenir cup, wristband, passport and three tokens. The tokens are used to vote for their top 3 picks.
* Only serve guest who are wearing their wristbands. DO NOT SERVE any guest who does not have or is not wearing their wristband.
*Voting will stop promptly at 4:30 pm and token buckets will be collected.
* The top three winners (those with the most tokens) will be announced and awarded during the award ceremony.
* To signup, simply provide us your name, number of entries and entry names in the comments of this event page.
* We will except the first 40 entries only (along with two alternates). Please signup as soon as possible.
