The People's Revival GOTV Tour Stop- Columbia, SC

Across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia & Texas: Calling our churches and communities to worship, voter education and GOTV training.
About this Event

It’s revival season. And democracy needs a revival.

The Progressive National Baptist Convention is bringing The People’s Revival to communities across the country—a nonpartisan gathering rooted in the Black Church tradition of worship, renewal, prophetic witness and service.

Because this moment asks more of us than casting our own ballot.

It asks us to have the strength to help someone else participate, too.

The People’s Revival is designed to renew that strength and turn it into action. We are gathering our churches, students, clergy and communities to worship together, learn together and prepare to serve together.

Four states. One movement. One voice.

Join us as we strengthen our communities for the work of voter education, mobilization and protection across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Texas.

Come be revived—and leave ready for the work.

At each stop, participants will have opportunities to connect immediately with ways to serve:

• Church and community activation — bring your congregation, ministry or organization into the work.
• Movement Mondays — join voter outreach and contact people in your community.
• Letters and postcards — help reach voters with nonpartisan reminders and information.
• Voter protection — train to help voters navigate questions and problems during early voting and on Election Day.
