About this Event

The People's Poets Slam Competition fundraiser is our 2nd ever slam poetry competition. 12 poets will go head to head for the trophy and title of The People's Poet of 2025! We will kick off the show with a feature performance by 2025 Slam Champion BBoy Cabi.

Doors open at 9:30pm show starts at 10:00pm. Presale tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door. Proceeds go towards our Annual BHM Showcase on Feb 22nd!

ALL COMPETING POETS MUST ARRIVE BY 10 PM!

Food and drinks from Akadi will be available for purchase during this event.
