The People's Choir

The People's Choir is not as much a choir as much as it is sites of possibility, creation, collaboration, coordination, experimentation, and explication. Bring your gifts and abilities whatever they may be. Be it music, dance, spoken word, movement, fashion, art, or song. Whatever you feel you can add to the movement for collective liberation for ALL. Bring it. While you're at it bring willingness as well! We welcome all bodies, across all genders or lack there of, all sexualities and all expressions. Come and share your expression(physical or metaphoric VOICE). Our collaboration will feature conversation, sonic experimentation, movement, chants, call and response, and a sense of concentrated play/ joy as forms of resistance. How do we create space? Come willing, curious, and with imagination as we propagate something truly special. This is a developing approach and in service of the movement.
