Brighty People presents: The People and Culture Forum- Hosted from the Q11 Building at Quorum Park.

Facilitated by Becca Brighty, Organisational Psychologist and Workplace Confidence and Resilience Coach, each session we will explore different topics relating to employee productivity and satisfaction and organisational development.

You will work through activities in groups, giving you chance to connect with other attendees. There will also be time for chatting, networking and drinking coffee at the start of the event.

The topic this month is The Psychological Contract.

The topic this month is the psychological contract at work. Becca will be joined by Lauren Bathan, head of Jackson Hogg’s HR consultancy service. Lauren will be sharing her thoughts on the psychological contract and its influence on the relationship individuals have with work, along with how employers can navigate this subjectively understood concept.

You will learn:

1. What the psychological contract is and what it covers

2. How it affects relations between individuals and organisations

3. The evolution of the psychological contract, and changes we’ve seen through recent years and events

4. What might lead to breaches in the psychological contract

5. Top tips for employers to navigate the psychological contract and steps which may be taken to repair perceived breaches
