Enjoy an afternoon of live music from favorite and familiar singer-songwriters.The group will present a collection of delightful and carefully curated musical pieces from performers such as Billy Joel, Barry Manilow, Carole King, and more!
The Pentagogical Brass Quintet comprises local music teachers, as the name derives from the words penta, meaning five, and pedagogue, which means teacher. Karen Polak started the group in early 2012, and they have been rehearsing and performing together ever since. Besides Ms. Polak on trumpet, the remaining members are: Walt Boenig on trombone, John Diaz on trumpet, Matthew Keenan on French horn, and David Haile on bass trombone.
