Saxophonist Abiy Sahle and pianist Alexander Nettelbeck unite in a duo concert for the very first time on Saturday 8th November 2025, 8:00pm at the renowned Tempo Rubato music room in Brunswick.The Stuart and Sons Piano and amazing saxophone playing will feature in what promises to be a unique and uplifting live music experience not to be missed.

Original compositions highlighting the unique scales and rhythms of Ethiopian traditional music.
“ The title of this album is The Peace Tune because over the last few years in the country where I was born, Ethiopia, the civil war has been horrifying for my people. I was inspired to make this album and donate all the proceeds to charity, to deliver the help to the people who really needed it. The music of the album includes four Ethiopian scales, and all the music is related to peace.”
