The PAVE Leadership Academy

Rooted in sisterhood, excellence, and empowerment, Judge Gail Tusan Washington created The PAVE Leadership Academy to equip Black girls (Ages 14-16) with tools, knowledge & confidence. PAVE provides inspiration & a pathway for our students to Dream & Lead in STEAM as they transition to the next stage of their academic, personal, and leadership journeys.

Connect with professional women in STEAM fields and gain insight into real-world career pathways.

• College Connections & Preparation

Meet and engage with college students and administrators from HCBUs and Atlanta-area universities to learn about college life, the application process, and opportunities for high school students.

Participate in workshops focused on communication, decision-making, and leading with purpose and integrity.

Build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness through guided discussions and supportive peer engagement to form meaningful connections with peers & mentors in a safe, affirming, and empowering environment.
