About this Event
Pull up for a session built for Black men and masculine folks who want better management of how they show up under pressure. In this session, you’ll learn the P.A.U.S.E. tool, a practical way to slow things down, read what’s going on in your body and mind, and respond without losing yourself or escalating the situation. You’ll walk away with skills to handle triggers, move through conflict with clarity, set solid boundaries, and stay grounded in moments that usually throw you off. This is about leveling up how you communicate, protect your energy, and show up with respect for yourself and others.
*Accessibility Statement: Please email [email protected] by Tuesday, June 9.
About the venue: PAD is an Atlanta-based non-profit organization that provides an alternative to police response and diversion from J*il for people experiencing extreme poverty, problematic substance use, or mental health concerns.
