The stages of the path to enlightenment, or “Lamrim” in Tibetan, is the heart of Kadampa Buddhism and the very essence of Buddha’s teachings. It is easy to understand and very practical – ideally suited to modern life.
Join us for a very special festive retreat where we have the opportunity to gain deeper experience of Lamrim through guided meditations based on Geshe-la's book Mirror of Dharma with Additions.
