Melanie Huet is Chief Marketing Officer at Newell Brands and leads the global Brand Management, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Direct-to-Consumer, Omni-Enablement, Innovation, Insights and Packaging functions. In this capacity, Melanie sets the overall brand management vision for the enterprise and establishes the tools and frameworks for increasing consumer engagement and driving conversion throughout the consumer journey. She leads the innovation review process and partners closely with Segment leaders to deliver profitable growth via breakthrough innovation.
Melanie has over 25 years of experience in commercial leadership roles at public and private equity backed organizations like Unilever, Kimberly-Clark and Kraft Heinz, where she delivered turnarounds of several iconic brands.
