With 20+ years in childcare (nurseries, nannying, you name it), she's seen it all and not just sleep challenges!

Nicky doesn’t believe in one size fits all sleep solutions. Every child is different, so Nicky takes a gentle, tailored approach—looking at their sensory needs, development, and environment to create a plan that actually works. Because it’s not just about sleep; it’s about their overall well-being (and your sanity).
